The Nutrition Obesity Research Center at UNC-CH, Nutrition Epidemiology Core is seeking part-time summer help with possible extension through the fall/winter school year. Job functions include work related to dietary assessments (performing dietary recalls, entering food records), updating dietary database information, other nutrition related research projects and some physical activity and body composition assessments.
Applicants must have a B.S in health related field. Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
