FT Outpatient Dietetian with UNC Healthcare

• Full-time, Days, 40hrs/week, 8:00am-5:00pm
  *** OUTPATIENT DIETITIAN -- EATING DISORDER CLINIC AND HROB/GDM CLINIC ***

Seeking a dynamic individual who enjoys variety to join our Outpatient Dietitian Team. Individual will coordinate all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of outpatients in a variety of settings. Perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, JCAHO, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Position will cross cover in Eating Disorder IP/PHP units as needed as a part of the EDU RD team.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE: Requires one year working experience in an Acute care setting or with Eating Disorder patients. Experience managing MNT of patients with HROB/GDM required.

DEGREES, LICENSURE, AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS: Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) by the North Carolina Board of Dietetics and Nutrition. NPI /UPIN required or obtained within one month of hire. Computer knowledge required (MS Office, Email, electronic Charting capable, etc.).
