Dr. Rosenblatt (a neurodevelopmental pediatrician) is looking for a nutritionist to work with some of his patients. He is looking for a nutritionist with experience working with children - preferably with children with special needs (ASD, ADHD, etc) to work with some of these families.
He ideally would like this person to make in home visits at least for the initial consult so that they can actually see what is going on in the kitchen! He is willing to allow this person to use his current office facility for any other meetings or such that they need to do related to these patients (address 4801 W Peterson Ave Chicago, IL 60646). He would provide the referrals and would be willing to work with this person on using his resources for billing and insurance purposes.
