RD position seeking to fill by August 2010:
Harmony Place, a residential eating disorder program for adolescent boys and girls aged 12-19, located at St. Joseph’s Villa of Rochester is seeking a part-time registered dietitian (20 hours/week, including Saturdays), licensed by the New York State Education Department, to join its multi-disciplinary team. The main function of the position is to oversee nutritional aspects of client care and assure compliance with all Joint Commission, Office of Mental Health, and Health Department dietetic standards. Position reports to the director of Harmony Place. Position includes providing written nutritional assessments and weekly individual sessions with clients, facilitating nutrition therapy group, co-facilitating parenting group with program nurse, preparing and maintaining menus and recipes, and working with program cook.
