Wake Tech Nutrition/Wellness Course
I am interested in offering a course
that will give individuals guidance on how to adopt a lifestyle for their
whole family which focuses on nutrition and wellness altogether. Michelle
Obama has really been advocating for a healthy lifestyle for obese children.
I think it would be great to target adults as well. Letting them know how to
get physically fit, healthy eating habits, etc.
I would like for this course to be offered in the Spring of 2011 (starting
in January). If you would like to teach the course, or if you want to refer
someone to teach that would be great. My contact information is below so if
