Nutritionist Position at Nestlé Nutrition

Nutritionist opportunity available to ensure the nutritional superiority of Nestlé Infant Nutrition baby food products, by providing science based direction on nutrition product design.
Specifically, incumbent will:

Provide nutritional expertise to drive innovation and renovation in food products for babies from weaning to 48 months
Advise project managers in nutrition product design and selection of ingredients
Ensure scientific basis for nutrition concepts, nutrition communication and health claims
Develop scientific substantiation on key issues.
Consult, collaborate and work closely with a global network of nutrition scientists within Nestle
Participate actively in scientific societies and stay up to date on the latest nutrition science impacting children’s health and development.

Requirements:
MS or PhD Degree in Nutrition
3 – 5 years experience, ideally, in the food industry with focus on nutrition product design.
Excellent technical, organization and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and cross functional organization.
Experience in dietetics and knowledge of food science highly desirable.
