Act as a Nutritional Consultant to an assigned School District. Develop and conduct nutritional training programs for the students, Compass employees and the community. Be informed of any changes to USDA regulations and communicate all changes to the field. You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
* Review menus to ensure nutritional compliance with USDA guidelines.
* Develop nutritional awareness programs throughout the school district.
* Conduct nutritional analysis on new food items.
* Work with parents to find alternative menu options for children with food allergies or medical conditions that require special attention.
