Food Editor Position for Nutrition Students

We are seeking several volunteer nutrition students to fill the position of Nutrition Editor for a nutrition & diabetes education website we are launching: http://FOODPICKER.org

We are seeking individuals that are willing to add 100 food records to the FOODPICKER database via the Internet. We will post each participant's bio (name and a brief summary) on our Contributors page upon successful completion of the project.

We feel this is a good opportunity to show potential future employers the following skills:
1. Assessing food choices for people with diabetes.
2. Utilizing technology in a nutrition setting.
3. Participating in a mass collaboration nutrition project.

This is an eight week project with approximately 1-2 hours work per week.
